What brand of t-shirts are they?
We use and recommend the proRTX brand. They are good quality and built to last. There is a good range of colours and we can guarantee a quality embroidery finish with this garment. If you’d prefer to use another brand please let us know and we can accommodate this.
Will they shrink or fade?
No. We’ve selected proRTX as our recommended brand for the main reason that they are made well. We are confident they won’t fade or shrink easily like other budget brands.
What happens next?
When you place your order for custom workwear, we’ll receive all your details and order your garments direct from the supplier. In the meantime, we’ll turn your logo into stitches and send you a proof for your approval along with a mock-up of your garments with your logo(s) in the positions you’ve chosen. Once you give the go-ahead we’ll get to work and dispatch within 7 – 10 working days.

If you’ve not ordered workwear from us before, we’ll turn your logo into stitches and also send you a proof before we go to stitch.
How to Care for Your Custom T-shirts
Here’s what we recommend to extend the life of your custom-made workwear:
- Before washing, check pockets for loose or sharp objects
- Wash at 30°
- Do not bleach
- Wash inside out
- Wash with similar colours and textured garments
- Do not overload your washing machine
- Don’t leave it wet for a prolonged time
- Don’t tumble dry
- Lay flat or hang to dry to avoid shrinking
- Do not dry clean.
- Don’t iron over the imprint, if you’d like to iron your custom t-shirt, iron inside out on the lowest heat setting
- Wash before use
Please note: An embroidery ring may appear on garments after being embroidered. We do try to remove them the best we can before dispatch however they will come out in the first wash.
