Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

We aim to make ordering and receiving your items from us as easy and quick as we possibly can. Below is the information on our delivery, returns and cancellation policies.

Delivery Info

Our aim is to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. This means that it can take a shorter amount of time than our estimated 7-10 working days or in unusual conditions it can take longer, for example around bank holidays, Christmas time and hopefully COVID never happens again…

For the majority of our orders we dispatch via Royal Mail 24 for anything up to a small parcel size or a next day courier for anything larger or over £100 of value.

Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver next day (90% do so) but can take up to 3 working days. Unfortunately there is not tracking information with this service, only a delivery confirmation. If you’d like to see this, please use our contact form. If an item has not been received within the 3 working days this is uncommon, but we have to wait 14 days until Royal Mail will class it as a lost item and will investigate. If possible we will try to reproduce your order as this is a rare case.

For our courier we currently use DPD’s next day service. You can send to a local shop or neighbour if you are not in.

If your item is not received due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund. Please confirm your address at checkout and on your email order confirmation. If this is the case we will wait until the parcel is returned to us to re-dispatch, we will charge actual postage cost.

I've Not Received My Full Order?

Don’t panic, some items will be dispatched separately due to shape, size, weight or durability. Generally folders, letterheads and NCR Pads will be dispatched on their own, in their own packaging to prevent any damage in transit. Also work mats are big and bulky, these may be dispatched on their own if there is only 1 or 2 other items. We only charge once for postage but sending some items separately gives us peace of mind that everything will arrive in perfect order and also helps with our own production and storage.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Our process is as follows:

  1. Receive or and payment
  2. Receive design requests and logo
  3. Send design print samples for approval (Usually within 3 working days)
  4. Receive print approval
  5. Production (1-3 days for smaller orders, up to 5 working days for larger orders)
  6. Dispatch (1-3 working days for Royal Mail, next day for courier)

Returns Information

As all of our products are branded and personalised, nothing is resold. Each and every order is designed and made specifically for you, our customer.

Due to this we do not offer free returns or returns for refunds without defects, damage or faults.

Your print sample clearly indicates how your product will look once printed, if your product does not resemble this, we will look to make this right and reprint as dispatch as soon as possible. If your received product does resemble your print preview but you are not happy with it please let us know through our contact form.

If your item is damaged or faulty we will reproduce your order, if we need the product returning we will offer to pay for a free return but we assess returns on a case by case basis.


Cancellations Information

If you would like to cancel your order at any time you are free to do so until the production stage (after you approve for print).

If you cancel your order before any designs are made for you, we’ll cancel immediately and refund your complete order, no questions asked.

If you cancel your order after your designs have been made we will refund your order minus a £20 fee.

Design Policy

We offer our professional design service for free with every order placed with us*. You’ll receive a print preview before we produce your order until you’re 100% satisfied with your design.

Due to this we do not offer source files, this is our own work for our own products. Your design’s source files are saved on a secure, cloud-based server and will not be shown to anyone, other than you, outside of the Stickers And That organisation.
