What are domed stickers made from?
They have a printed high-tack vinyl base with a clear polyurethane resin dome applied over the design. The raised resin gives the label its 3D finish.
How thick is the resin dome?
The dome is approximately 2–3 mm thick, depending on the sticker’s size and shape. If your label needs to fit into a recess or meet a particular clearance, contact us before ordering.
Can I order a custom shape or size?
Yes. Custom shape and size options are available in the builder. For a detailed outline or an unusual application, send us your design before ordering so we can check what is suitable.
Are quantities shown as sheets or individual stickers?
The stickers are supplied on sheets. The number of stickers per sheet depends on your selected size and shape. Review the sheet quantity and total sticker count for your selection; if the displayed quantity is unclear, contact us before placing the order.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. You can upload your file or choose a previous design after payment. If you need a new design, provide your logo, contact details and any wording when we email you. See Specs & Templates for artwork guidance.
When will I receive my design proof?
We will respond within 1–3 days with your custom design for approval. Check the spelling, contact details, layout and dimensions, and request any changes before approving the artwork.
What surfaces can I apply them to?
Use a clean, dry, smooth surface and check that the chosen material and finish are suitable for an adhesive label. For curved, textured or coated surfaces, tell us about the application before ordering. Ask about testing a sample if you are unsure.
Are they suitable for outdoor or demanding environments?
Suitability depends on the surface and the conditions the label will face. Contact us about outdoor exposure, heat, cleaning chemicals or frequent abrasion before ordering for a demanding application.
Can they be removed without leaving a mark?
These labels use a high-tack adhesive. Do not assume removal will be residue-free or suitable for a delicate finish. Contact us for advice if later removal is important to your application.
Can you add serial numbers, barcodes or QR codes?
Sequential numbering, barcoding and variable data are available. Contact us with your requirements before ordering. If you need a QR code, discuss the design and finished size with us so readability can be checked.
How long will my order take, and what does delivery cost?
Contact us to confirm the current production and delivery schedule if you need your stickers by a particular date. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout for your order and destination.
Can I reorder the same design?
Yes. Select your previous design where available after payment, or send your earlier order details so we can identify the artwork. Tell us if any contact details or wording need updating.

Preparing your artwork
Create your design at the dimensions of one finished sticker and add 3 mm bleed. Keep important wording and contact details clear of the cut edge. Send the best-quality version of your logo available and check that small text is readable at the finished size.
For custom shapes, fine details or technical artwork questions, contact us before preparing the file. We can help with the design, so you do not need to create your own artwork to order.
