After ordering, you can upload your artwork or select a previous design. We will also email you to request your logo, contact details and loyalty scheme wording.

For a new design, we will respond within 1–3 days with a proof for your approval. You can request changes before approving it for print. This is the design turnaround; contact us to confirm production and delivery times if you need your cards by a particular date.

What card stock do you use?

We use thick, uncoated 400gsm card that is easy to write on.

Are the cards printed on both sides?

Yes. Double-sided printing is included, giving you space for your branding, contact details, visit spaces and reward information.

Can I choose the reward and number of visits?

Yes. Tell us the reward you want to offer, the number of visits needed and any conditions customers should know. We will include these in your design for you to check.

Can you include my logo and contact details?

Yes. Send your logo, business name, preferred colours and the phone number, email address or website you want printed.

Is design included, and will I see a proof?

Yes. Free design and approvals are included. For a new design, we will respond within 1–3 days with a proof. You can request changes before approving the artwork for print.

Can I write on or stamp the cards?

The uncoated card is easy to write on. We can leave clear spaces for recording visits. If you plan to use a stamp, contact us about your intended stamp and ink before ordering so suitability can be checked.

Can I supply my own artwork or reorder a previous design?

Yes. You can upload your file or select a previous design after payment. If you need help preparing artwork, contact us before setting up your file.

When will my cards arrive?

The 1–3 day design turnaround is for your proof, rather than delivery of the printed cards. Contact us to confirm current production and delivery times if you have a deadline, and allow time to approve your artwork.
