September – October Meeting
Installer Show Recap
Address last months targets, set new
Tom Goetz – Director
Ryan Beach – Director
First and foremost, September at Stickers and That saw us at the Installer Show, Coventry for the first time as an exhibitor. This has been a long standing goal of ours and we’re happy that we’ve made it happen this year.
The show was a good opportunity to meet new and current customers, put faces to names and give people an opportunity to feel the products rather than just images online.
Installer we would consider successful, we made good contacts, saw many customers of ours and signed up for next year at the NEC!

Targets & Performance
As previously mentioned the main aim of our meetings is to set targets to aim for to keep us on track for growth.
- Half balance of outstanding invoices ✅
- Go live with lanyards before the end of the month ✅
- Brochure designed and printed for installer ✅
We’re happy to say that we met each target successfully. We have also set internal goals for the longer term that we are working towards and will release publicly when it is more appropriate.
August team meeting points:
- Response times on emails
- Manufacturing times on products
- Dispatch times
This was important for us and our customer, we wanted to realistically set targets for these points to ensure firstly that we have a set in stone time that we aim to respond to / produce / dispatch anything and secondly that it is realistic and not giving false hope.
We’ve set the following targets that we will aim for at all times
- Emails to be responded to within 48 working hours
- Dispatch times for workwear to be 7-10 working days
- Dispatch times for any other product to be 5-7 working days
We also released a fantastic product & brand last month. The digital cards, under the name Tappio, we’ve sold in the 100’s already!
Tappio cards are still designed, made and coded by us at Stickers and That however we felt it was necessary due to the technical requirements of the product to keep the functions of the card on a separate domain. Thus, we have gettappio.co.uk
Future goals for tappio
- Create an intelligent ecommerce site on the gettappio domain
- Fully automate the profile creation
- Create a following for the social accounts of @GetTappio
At the moment tappio is sold on StickersAndThat.co.uk which will still be the case in future however we will be looking forward to releasing a range of designs and products for the digital cards exclusively at the tappio domain and having those intelligently linked up with your card already.
Most importantly we want to strip back the manual actions currently made in the creation of a tappio card. Not only will this benefit profits, production and lead times but the user will be able to edit the card / update the card on the fly at any given moment. Which will be really exciting both for us and customers.
As Tappio is its own brand we feel it deserves it own love and attention. As we come through the other side of the Installer SHOW spike of work we will begin further content creation around tappio too as well as StickersAndThat to hopefully develop into further industries and markets that StickersAndThat at the moment doesn’t serve.
As always we like to invest in new technologies that will benefit our offering and our production. This time we’ve massively improved our production of business cards / folders with a new printer and non-uniform cutter. We will very soon be realising new products to our line up such as custom cut business cards, foiled (shiny) business cards and we will be upgrading all sold business cards to soft touch.
Not only does this expand the scope of what we can offer its all brand new and recently released machinery which runs more efficiently, produces quicker and is much lower maintenance than previous models. We can see an increase in profits and a reduction in production times.
It’s exciting times at StickersAndThat HQ with the new machinery allowing us to create new products for Gifts in time for Christmas this year. We’ll be updating our content soon with the products we will be creating for Christmas gifts.
When we said we’d struggle to fill our new 2-story office I think we got that one wrong…
We’ve set the following targets for the following month to be discussed and reviewed in our next monthly meeting.
- Half again the outstanding invoices
- Introduce new special effect medias and increase profits
- Organise christmas due
